If so, typical or non-typical? What state?
My biggest so far is an 8 point that went about 115". I've seen a couple in the 150" class taken around my area but never had a sniff at one myself. Biggest one I almost got was about a 145" 9 pointer. Broadside at 20 yards from my stand. Just needed to take a few steps forward and I'd have had him. Then he just bolted.

I shot a couple in the 130's. 2-8's and a 9. My buddy killed a 145 7/8 8-pt here in jersey. We count total inches, none of this deduction crap. "show what they grow"

I agree on the show what you grow. I don't even count side to side deductions. I call my buck "120 class". Even though he's more like 115" after side to side deductions. Broken G-2. :(

The buddy I have that killed the 145 has a wall full. I hunt with him out west and he is just one of "those guys". He asks you if you want to hunt up or down, you pick up he goes down and 1 minute later he has a giant on the ground:nuts:. He puts his time in, bottomline. No jealousy at all.:fight: Call your deer 120, who cares:) I have forkhorns that go 300 in my book... just for the way it went down. Killing a buck on a drive next to your best friends, them watching the whole thing, high fives....come on. 4000 class buck:thup: When we start counting inches the experience gets stepped on. Oh, and wait til your kid kills one!!5000 class buck.

I have a 146" 10 pt from Alberta in 2006, a 140" 9 pt P&Y taken in PA in 2001 and a 130" P&Y taken in PA in 2000 that is a bro/son of the 2001 buck. There are several 150" + class bucks in the area for the last 5-6 yrs. Just can't find them during the day.

ihunt - a 146 10 point is a nice buck. But a 140 with a bow in PA is awesome.

I have a few around 120 with a bow and a 135 with a gun. I saw one true "booner" in 25 years and did not have a tag. I have one in the 150's I have been scouting this year.
