Joe paterno has just passed away. He was 85 years old and the heart and soul of Penn State and an icon to many Pennsylvanians. A man done wrong by the trustees of a school he gave his life to. It's sad to see him go.

As of 9:45 Sports Center is reporting he is in failing health, but he's still alive.

Yes im sorry cbs reported he had passed I just checked his son jays twitter and as of 2minutes ago jays twitter says "dads still fighting" im sorry I posted when I saw the first report I should have known better then to believe the.media :(
