View Full Version : Got my Rack Back (pic)

The taxidermist gave me the rack to hold on to until the hide is finished being tanned. As I can't get pictures to do it justice, I tried taking a picture of the rack with a 12 inch ruler cradled in the brow tines. :D

Those big woods mountain deer. They must eat a lot of twigs and moss. :D

Thanks. The deer was brought to the taxidermist. He caped it out and sent the hide away to be tanned. I'm keeping the rack until the hide is ready and the mount is ready to be put together.

I'm getting a shoulder mount. I'm thinking upright with a slight right turn.
