I use to hunt pheasant up there in some corn feilds along the river. We always pushed bear out of them,. :)

She had tags in both ears double trouble and inside lip tatooed also.
NJ I'll have one of those skulls soon and a half mount in a year.:)

Nice one... I'm headed up tomorrow. Do you know if the roads are open? Old Mine Rd runs all the way up, but I read it was closed. Who's going to butcher it?

Did not go on mine rd I was on flatbrook rd some of the roads opened up last week I think mine was one of them.Edlins meats in blackwood is cutting it up. I might go back up Sat . you will have to go to peaqust to check a bear in it's on the way home anyway. good luck by the way they did not sell that many bear permits this year less competition for you!!!

I was up there as well in zone 1. I got a 6 pointer and my buddy almost got run over by a 300lber.. Never got a shot off.

It was 220 lb not big but it was a load to drag a mile by myself out of the woods and thats ok.
