I've had a Moultrie EZ fill feeder in the woods for about three years. I let it run dry this summer and when I put a new charged battery in it recently I cant get it to spin. The battery level shows 100% and the funnel doesnt feel like its hanging up on anything. Moultrie wasnt much help over the phone. Anyone else have this problem???
