Join the Parker gun forum and check around. Sometimes there are sale items here that are Parker-specific that you won't see elsewhere. You may find what you are looking for. I see stock items for sale here occasionally.

Otherwise, find a competent gunsmith (I.E. a bona fide stockmaker) who is familiar with restocking older doubles such as Parker's and engage as a resource. (Don't be surprised at the price tag either.) And if you go this route, you might as well have the stock fitted to you properly so it's done right.
