I have been applying since way back when it started for non-residents and my Mother drew 2 moose tags since then but, she is a resident!:D

New Hampshire results are out also.
No tag for me..again.

I did not get picked, but I have several friends who were drawn for the second and third time,The system has to be changed.I know a lot of people that has been trying for 20 years or better..These people shoud have first pick.Its no wonder the number of people putting in has gone down.

Yes some changes would be appreciated here!
Us unlucky guys should have a preference over those that have already drawn. Maybe those that have drawn a tag should be placed in the penalty box for more than the current two yrs.

Pagriz-What have you heard of actual numbers of less applicants recently? Thanks!

Next year the system will be changed. Only one chance per hunter plus, fees to go up.

The story that maine sport has was about what I had heard .Somewhere around 50%.Maine sport where did you hear about the changes in the drawing?I was giving my yearly chewing out to Augusta today and nobody brought up any changes.
