Poults

I was out this morning and saw a hen with 13 poults, tiny little fuzz balls could not have been a week or so old....good to see considering all the rain we have had. I got to watch them for a 1/2 hr and everytime a crow would fly over they all would race under mom !!!! pretty cool to see, worked a few birds 1 a no show and three Jethro's that did show, good luck to all who are out and be safe.

My son saw a hen Monday in their yard with 2 poults.

i havent seen any yet down this way. but all the sudden more toms showing up around a known hen hang out.

Yeah, I haven't seen any yet, but I know of a couple friends reporting they've seen polts. Man are they having a tough spring with all this rain. Not exactly the best weather for polts this spring.

well that didnt take long.lmao. seen a hen cross a dirt road with fluff balls cruising behind doing like 80mph.lol. and wouldnt you know it giant tom where we keep horse shows up .figures.lool
