My longest with it was 325 yrds.
The wind pushes that 75 gr around a bit.
I load them to about 3400 fps.

Nice job on the hogs. I have only been once and saw 3 but only shot 1. Again nice job!

I load the 55gt ballistic tip in my 6mm at about 4,050 fps. The wind does push it around a mite, but the 40 gr .204 would not be any better.
Last year's last hog was instructive. I snap shot him at 60 yards. He was showing me his right side. The bullet went from shoulder to shoulder, taking out his spine on the way through. Very terminal.

I think I ready to start using the .204. I need to get used to that Set trigger on the CZ. It really catches you by supprise.
Some times when your not completly settled.

I'm headed to the range with the 17 for a "0" adjustment and then to Hammonton.
I was in Cumberland on Sunday A.M. and saw some beautifully open space south of the dump dome. I'm going to give the area a run to see what's what.
I need to find an eye-guy for shooting glasses - do you know of any locally?

hey we can cut a couple coke bottles down duck tape them to you and you can become a fashion statement. as thick as the bottoms are on those bottles they have to be a pretty high impact resistance. oh here ya go beer bottles for the sun glasses I know they with stand a lot, they never broke on my head LOL
