Removing hydrographics

I'm looking to re hydrograph my Bow and need the best way to remove the original dipped finish without compromising the structure and strength of the limbs and all, thanks erik

Just scuff with a scoth-brite pad and repaint using etching primer, then flat coat base color and re-dip with graphics.
