:D.Opening day last year.I had a nice 8 come 15 yards from my stand at first light.I drew back picked a spot,and thought......I know what kind of deer are here.Let him go.I did.
Just got a call from 6 point heaven that said he had a doe comming,he hung up?
10 minutes later,the phone rings and he said,Remember that 8 you let go last year?How could I forget!Well,you should see him now!
Came in at full speed 10 FEET from his stand,he grunted 3 time loud, and he kept on going hot on here tail.
Moral of story.If you want that trophy............Give him another year.
PS.Thats the first buck I ever let walk.Happy I did!:thup:
