From Ten Point FAQ:
What type of arrow should I use with my TenPoint Crossbow?ANSWER: TenPoint Crossbow Technologies recommends either the Easton aluminum 20 inch, TenPoint Crossbow arrows equipped with a blunt nock (flat cap) or our New Pro Elite™ 20-inch, 22/64ths carbon fiber crossbow arrow fletched with plastic vanes, brass inserts and super-brite end caps.
How much should my finished arrow weigh?
ANSWER: TenPoint Crossbow Technologies recommends using finished arrows weighing at least 420-grains.
You should stick to Ten Point's 20" recommendation above. Note the blunt nock (not half moon). Ten point sells half moon nocked bolts for other crossbow brands but not for use in their bows.
TenPoint arrows come with 100 grain field points. I recommend using a 100 grain broadhead. Search this forumn for recommendations.

If you are considering a mechanical, I'd try the Grim Reaper Xbow model. I switched to them this year.....field point flight....absolutely insane blood trails

Rage also came out with a broadhead designed for crossbows this year, it should have less of a chance of opening early compared to their regular broadheads.
