Pens from deer antler

Here are two new pens I turned from deer antler sheds, the one is part 30/30 and antler. Also a business card holder with the left over tips.

nice work.
turning and sanding bone has to smell. when i cut it for mounts it stinks.
do you seal the brass and bone?

Thanks, The smell is bad on drilling but not too bad turning. I do use a 1/2 hp dust collector as I drill and turn so it helps with the smell. I did not seal the brass yet but I do put 3 coats of thin super glue on the antler then polish it on the lathe.
