Ameristep Team Realtree 22' Skyscraper Ladderstand, Its Brand new never been in the woods.
It's 22' to the platform, not the rail. Platform sz. is 38.5x28.5.

I purchased this from Cabelas for $330 w/shipping. I'm asking $225.

If you check it out, you will pay well over $300 for it with shipping.

I lost the property where I was going to put it, I have no use for it now.
