What has worked and what has not?
I have tried for a few years to hunt the business complex I work at. Each time I ask the Property mgmt co. says no. I say that no one will know I am here and that I will bow hunt only. The management firm has recently changed and I want to ask again. So I am looking for a little advise from experienced individuals...

Try the approach that you will police the property for them during the hunting seasons. You and only you will hunt there and in return, you can offer to post the property, keep others out that might otherwise sneak in if someone isn't out there watching. Also, maybe there is the usual liability scare. Maybe you could write up a waiver that states that you will not hold the land owner or property manager responsible if something happens to you while hunting. Just some thoughts, Good luck.

I'll give that a try this time. Did not get me anywhere in the past. I think they are Anti's.

The NRA has a Hunter/Landowner Permission booklet. Contact Hunter Services Dept @ 800-492-HUNT.

It's very unlikely that they will grant permission. Because your dealing with a management company, liability will come into play, and they wouldn't want to open the property to potential liability issues as they are acting in a custodial capacity as the management company.
