Charlie the meat man in Williamstown is good, the issues with him in my opinion are;
1) meat is wrapped in freezer paper, comes in styrofoam plates and plastci wrap like you buy steak or hamburger at Shoprite/ he is a Shoprite butcher. You will have to rewrap if storing for any extended period.
Wife or girlfriend might like it though cause it does look like it comes from store.

2) He has no freezer space for storing and wants you there as soon as it is done, no excuse get there.

I have watched him butcher and he does a good job, your meat is your meat and price is ok.
