This one tree was pretty well covered up with wild grape and in pretty bad shape four years ago when I bought this place..a little work each year has it in good fruit production once again. I even sprayed it this year while taking care of some of my eatin fruit trees. The deer know it well and visit it regularly.

I know I have one real big boy around this place this year. He didnt show up these past two nights, but I know he will. Saw him good about a month ago. THis guy was here most of the night these last two nights. Pretty deer, but not what I would take. But I love seeing the tweeners all the same.:thup:

yup. That's one reason I wanted to bring that big apple back from the dead. There's 3 more just inside the woodline I'm still working on. They were alot worse off.

Yeah, he's nice, but needs another year. Doubt he can put on enough height in the next month.
Saw 1 I'd love to chase tonight....about a mile from your birdies...a real beauty.

BTW, weather permitting, I'll probably have the boy out on S.R. one of these next couple nights for The Channels if I dont get called in.
