The 150' bow perimeter bill is now up for a vote in the Agriculture & Natural Resources committe (assembly) on Monday, June 14. Whether or not we bow hunt, a show of force by ALL hunters/anglers/conservationists helps to provide a "presence" in helping in the passage of all hunting/angling/conservation bills.
The animal rights crowd is weighing in from all over the world. Our state representatives don't always ask "where are you calling from." So it is important for all of us in NJ to weigh in on a bill that affects the health of all New Jerseyans. This bill is designed to improve deer management, which will reduce car/deer accidents, reduce incidence of Lyme disease transmission and improve the health of our forests.
