That's right a coon that has been playing with me since day one:razz:

this location has got 8 to 10 coon this season but this one big tracked coon kept doing it to me. I won't tell ya how but I did. good size around 18 to 20 I took the pic and said your lucky day old boy and turned him loose. as he was running away he stoped about 10 yards looked back at me I said if yopu are in that tomorrow your mine. it is like he understood me and took off. LOL

I lost one today...a set that's been sittin for awhle....same one that flipped the cage over a month ago. He got caught and went nuts again..whole cage moved probably eight feet. rolled several times and make a crater round each spot he rolled by digging. probably ten pounds of dirt and sticks inside the cage. Guess i gotta get more serious about staking those william traps down. LOL...off to carcass now.

he was a good looking coon. It was just I won the battle my satisfaction was him in the trap. that ole boy was a personal thing LOL it felt good to let him go he will never go back into a cage again most likly. lol

nice lookin coon i set a few sets the other day on alot of coon sign went this morning to check n nothin but a mean grinner had 1 coon walk in a cage n it never went off lol.yesterday wen i set it i thought somtin didnt feel write lol went n found more sigh around a nice hollow today

sometimes winning the battle is enough.
i have done that with deer, draw on them, then let them walk. i know i won, no need to take it out.

rain coming thursday till the end. i'm set till wednesday, then it's over for me.
