Found a Shed (pics)

Stumbled upon this shed while hunting today. Looked down to find a quiet place to put my foot down and there it was.

Half an 8 pointer. Nice and heavy but badly chewed. Most of the G-2 and G-3 were gone and several inches of the main beam. Based on estimates of how much antler he had before the chewing, we came up with 45". That would put him probably around 107". Good chance he's P&Y this year.

thats awesome. nice find. ive never found one, but then again never really looked. its a shame you didnt find it shortly after it dropped.

I've actually found quite a few. Always be looking. Any time you're where deer live. Here are my best 5. The ones on the plaques are all from different deer. The only matching set I've ever found was from a spike.
