Kip did good with showing the numbers. like 1 1/2 year old buck stats.
but over all, nothing new. i was hoping joe leskie would be there, or anyone from the state.
but got to hang out with keppy and another local deer hunting friend.

Anybody know a realtor in Buffalo County Wisc? :)

I was actually shocked at the button buck statistics in NJ, I thought it would be much higher. I'm still not convinced it isn't, I wonder about the data.

ub,

When I read that you attended, I went and looked at your pictures in the trapping forum a little closer and I did see ya.

I'm glad I wore a camo hat, otherwise I would have looked way outta place :)

i was there too. it was nice, knew a lot of the info already. i was glad to hear most likely zone 35 will still have the three pt rule. but the state needs to continue this, and in other zones around it or we will be defeating the purpose. just letting everyone know if they dont know allrady. all hunters with a license will be mailed a form to fill out to keep the 3 pt rule in effect for the future. dont forget to fill it out and send it back. was told last night we should be getting it by march. lets keep fighting the state for quality deer management.:fight:

hey guys the info at the meeting wasn't earth shattering but I did like the number of people there. It is nice to know that more and more people in the area are taking it amongest ourselves to support a better deerherd. The magizines I picked up are a good tool also, already read them and past them on to a young hunter in the neighborhood......he called this morning for more. Hope to meet others that follow QDMA, if the state won't help we need to start it ourselves.
