Is there going to be a bilge here also? No problem, but it would be a nice refuge here to have a scotch, a cigar, and just pleasant hunting discussion.

So, just to be clear, if the topics discussed here, even if they don't agree with the powers that delele, will be left to play out?

all i know is how come obama when asked a tough question seems to stutter and shake ,he seems to be dis honest to me. he just doesnt havre the balls to be president ,mcain may not be the best but I think he is the best of the choices. the other strong feelings i have is how can a man be the commander in chief and have the ability to send our men to war if he has never served in the millitary. I f even half the stories of the muslim radicle family ties to obama i cant take that chance ! Mcain may not be the best out there but you cant doubt his heart or his love for this great country ,........obams wife said " I am know proud to be an american " F U , right wrong or indifferent to many people died for my right to be here today typing this response to ever even fathom that statement .I still get goose bumps and the hair on my neck stands up when i hear the national anthem. I he cant put his hand over his heart and face the flag during a pledge of allegiance ,and then say i got cough tup in the moment , F U again , if you truely love this country time stops when the pledge is recited or the national anthem is sung , PERIOD .

No Brian. The Lodge is not going to be an "all out - anything goes" forum. We're going to moderate this forum just as we would any other forum.
If you want this community to thrive and to be of use, then it needs moderation.
I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to be a member of a community where all ya read about is people :argue: all day long. It gets old.
What I was trying to get accross is, the Lodge is where all nonhunting related conversation is to be held. I didn't mean this is the forum where everyone can beat each other over the head all day long :naughty:
Sorry for the missunderstanding :)

Not a misunderstanding, a clearifacation.
This is what I was hoping for. If I wanted to argue with someone I liked, I would go home to my wife more often and not hunt and fish as much.:):D
