used the rage didnt really care for them first deer i found giant hole no blood intestines blew out hole next two deer both nice 8pters lost one great shot behind shoulder again not much blood second hit shoulder didnt pass through either way shooting montecs but havent any deer with em yet but have only heard good things. just my opinion. also had a buddy shoot a deer with a gun in ny two weeks after bow season and it had a rage broadhead lodged in its chest(hole in side of deer)so im not the only one with bad luck it appears.

my parents got me rage 2 blade for x mas. i am pulling 60 lb bow and am worrying if it will pass through a deer any comments will help.

I shoot a 60 lb. bow. Have shot 2 does and a buck with the 3 blade rage last year and a doe and buck with the 2 blade rage this year. All deer dropped within a hundred yards. All broadheads do their job if you wait for a broadside shot and hit both lungs. Hit thicker bone then ribs or a bad angle shot and only hit one lung or worse and the chances of recovery become less. The Rage does put a big hole in the deer.
