Flintlock in Pa. [Archive]

Awhile back I thought you could use a crossbow during flintlock season in Pa. as long as you had the muzzleloader stamp is this still the case.

problem with that is archery is on at the same time you'll need an archery stamp to use it.SORRY

Thanks Fraid, I have that too. My area gets an extra week of flintlock but the spots I hunt ,you can only use bow. Been after a big,big 8 all season,would like one more chance at him.

I had the same question. I called the game commission and asked them, but they said you can only use a flintlock to take a buck in the extended flintlock season. Doesn't make sense to me.

High hook u are correct.Had to call also.Did we miss something in our handbook? Can anybody clarify this from hand book?
