military,senior and jr pa oct 23-25th

this is a gun season for seniors and jr hunters in pa.. not that i am close in age.. is this just like the reg gun season just a little early for them? i see its a gun season just seeing if they can use reg rifles and so on.. how about shot guns in areas with no rifles?

Yes they can use any legal weapon for the early season. It is also early black powder season that week.

You have to be 65 .

i thought you could only shoot does during the time frame if you have a gun

That season is antlerless only (you must have an antlerless tag). Shotgun maybe used in shotgun only counties. Rifle in all other counties (shotgun may also be used) All other regulations apply.
