It's already been posted, and I guess I don't have all the facts. Seems there is history.

I've heard about this story before. One thing's for sure; modern lie-detector tests are VERY hard, if not impossible, to beat. If this guy was guilty, would he take such a risk as a polygraph test, as well as spending a small fortune of his own money to exhonerate himself???

Yeah I agree there. Sometimes I guess people just get so stuck up with themselves and can't be happy for another. Something like this just happened here in Pa. The PFBC put in 2 MASSIVE palamino trout this past trout season. They knew one of the two of them was a state record. One was put in Indiana Co. The other in Schuylkill County. The one caught in Indiana Co was the bigger of the two. Kicker was was that the guy who caught it used his hands to land it. According to the PFBC that dosen't quailitify as legally caught and dosen't make the record. One thing I will say is that the other one caught in Schuylkill Co was caught by a 12yr old boy. Yeah a 12 yr old boy currently holds the state record for palamino trout. But ya know what I say good for that kid. It's nice to see a young boy have that title. I think give hope to other young people out there. Yeah, it really suxs for the guy in Indiana Co. He knows he has the state record, but the state dosen't reconginze it. Even though he hooked it, fought it, and reeled it in he used his hands to land it. What a bummer.

It is a tough pill to swallow for sure! I dont know him, but do know alot of people who know him personaly none had much good to say about the history of him and those around him that hunt, most said "even if he did kill it legit ,it makes up for all the other ones ". He passed a lie detector that says alot ,Makes me think he did kill it legit. Even with a past doesnt make it right to take the deer and charge him. We all have skelatons in our attics so to speak. I guess what goes around comes around. It is a shame but i think there is more to the story.
