Bambam,, congrats on your 3 point!!! we all start somewhere... my first was a 3 point as well, will never forget it!!
My biggest is a 13 pointer taken with a muzzleloader.

he man it took me seven years of heartbreak before i finally connected on my first buck. finally got my first buck when i was seventeen, decent eight pt. but my biggest was a ten pt that scored in the low one thirtys. keep putting your time in and it will pay off.

It took me 4 yrs to get my first after several misses with a gun and 10yrs with my bow. My first was a Unusual spike it had a 5" spike on one side and the other had an one inch spike sticking straight out sidways. My biggest buck was a 156" 11 pt that i shot last year with my bow. You ain't gonna get cracked on bambam. You're still young you got PLENTY of time to snag some nice deer. I didn't kill my 1st buck til last year. I'm 20 and I've been hunting since I was 10 or 11. Wanted my 1st buck to be somethin decent and I hunt a trophy zone so I had to wait for a legal deer. But I took a 6pt I'm proud to call my 1st buck. Now it's after a whoppa! :thup:

The most points would be a 10 but the biggest would be a 8 pointer that weighed 165 lbs. I shot a 9 pointer last year thats in my avatar that weighed around 155 to 160 on a guess. I never had it weighed at the check station but I know it felt like 255 by the time I got him out of the woods.:D

bambam congrats on the 3 point my first buck was a scruffy 1 horn spike my biggest was a 200 pound 7 point most points is a 12 ive been deer hunting almost 40 years all my horns are on the wall in my basement 45 sets including the scruffy 1 horn spike dont get caught up in antler size and points the important thing is hunt legally and ethically enjoy being outdoorsand every deer you harvest will be a trophy .:thup:

9 point with a 19" inside spread, 8 point with an 18" inside spread, and a basic 8 with a sticker (9 point) heavy rack 17" inside spread. Scores between 120 and 125 (all with bow) Biggest gun buck basket 8 with a 14" spread.

Damn!!! That's pushing 300lbs live! Is that a NJ deer? No it was a Conneticut deer, the other was from Maine. I lived in both states. The year that I shot the eight, 2001, a buddy that I worked with shot a 296lb dressed 10 pointer off of a 10 acre yard, backed up to a cemetary! The lady said it had been in there for years eating her shrubs.
