Any body do the Muzzle Loader hunt up there during the rut????

I hunted on private property down the road where I could see the monument from the property. I've got videos of 48 does under my stand every day for a week one year and the next year 52 does under the stand. They stayed for hours at a time. I got two 8 pointers out of the area the bigger 8 pointer after being butchered and boxed by the guy from Bringhurst meats gave me 128 LBS of meat... and I have that Mount on the wall from Ribs Taxidermy. The area has deer heards everywhere. Lots of tough terrain and the only way the hunt gets easy is if a little snow blows in, like it did this year during muzzle loader. The deer stand out and you can see them from a mile away. The hard part is getting a clean shot without having the bullet deflected by branches, it can get pretty tight and get to be impossible to take a clean shot. One friend couldn't get a shot on a 10 and another couldn't get a shot on a 6... Its well worth it!
