It has been a few years since I got a buck during sixday. This guy came in tonight with 3 other bucks. Shot him with my 20ga slug gun and he only ran about 40 yards. :D

WOW, Nice buck, looks very similar to the buck i took last year. Check out the pics in my profile. he grossed 135, net 132. Yours should be in that area. Congrats.:thup:

first a spike then half a six. the deer i shot was the third one then right after i shot a nice 8 point came in. they were all walking the same trail about 3 minutes apart. that kind of stuff never happens to me. just at the right place at the right time.

That deer looks exactly like the one that i was watching in voorhees zone 49 no guns..... ? did ya shoot him with a bow and tag em as your shotgun buck?

Congrats on a real beauty. We'll be doing some doe day's in 19 next month. Hope he spread some genes for the future!
