Find a good pair of wool gloves. Wool is about the only material I know of that will still keep you warm even when it gets wet.

Undera's do work well, just like the rest of their products. Very expensive but well worth the $$$. I buy afew pair & bring backups with me,they weigh nothing & perform well in the field.

I carry a bunch of Jersey Gloves in a gallon ziplock bag and Just keep changing them. I'm looking for some linned plastic/rubber commercial fishing gloves for picking up deke's.
Tried the Cabela's neoprene, sent them back after the first use.
