My property is bordered by state land.Every year I post it heavily and hunt solo.Every year a gun club drives right through it.Every year I scream and yell from my stand and they wave or ignore me.:mad:By the time I could catch up with them,they are back on state property.They drive the whole area hard and there are acouple of clubs so I'm not sure who it is.I don't think calling a CO would help because they would be long gone.

all three clubs need tobe put on notice, by you, i belive the co's should help to put an end to it, they are illeagly trespassing with firearms a crime with a firearm is five yrs in jail no deals, that alone should puker some a holes!

Next time take out with you a video camera as well as a digital camera and get clear evidence of the tresspassers. If you really wish to press this issue take the film to an attorney and seek assistance with legal actions.

Hey steve those Yo Buck guys are horrible aren't they. I was out this morning on private land and didn't see anything moving so I ventured to a spot I saw a lot of activity in on federal land. Got up in the tree around 2:30 and around 3 Here comes the yelling and screaming brigade then about a half hour later sounded like one guy with a bat going through the woods. So today was the first day I saw zero deer. I have sat probably 20 times already during bow and saw deer everyday. Can't wait for muzzleloader and bow to come back in. Good luck with keeping those guys of your property.:thup:

Digital camera, video tape...alot to do when you own the property and have to try to get people to respect it. But its either that or a throw away .38 special:D and a good hiding spot. As far a prosecuting from the video/film....dont waste your money on the lawyer, go to the police report it and let them know if the tresspassing doesnt stop they will be bringing a coroner to the property. once they have pics or video THEY themselves or THE WARDEN can go start an investigation into which "CLUBS" are tresspassing...I think the Wardens have or get a hard on for that anyhow with bagging a nd tagging club members---especially disrespectful ones. But with lawyers...theres plenty of wiggle room for the "I cant tell if thats him or not" theory, unless you have a good enough picture that u can tell eye color from, and usually as you yell hey come here I need a picture they dont stop and turn. Ever thought of BOOBY TRAPPING AN AREA, Im sure theres a part on the land you could stay away from or mark with tree paint? Sucks and sounds mean but not respecting property is a major violation in my book and since its only HUNTING(in some law officials minds)sometimes you have to handle things yourself. GOOD LUCK...

lol....long as you can read posted and no tresspassing signs you'll never have to worry about it Vonhess. Sounds cruel sure, but whats worse then having some disrespectful punks stomp your ground up that youve probably prepped and planned all year or off season for. Im not an asshole, we found a tresspasser on our property yesterday(Sunday) and just let him know it wasnt a good idea to hunt there(my stand was literally 30 yds from where he was REBUILDING one of our old wooden stands.) For you not to know me you judge awful quickly. If u don't mind people disrespecting your property/home/wife and kids that's to bad on you! I DO! If the property owner has this problem year in and out an they won't respect the wish to stay off, what do u do? Are you the type to get walked on like a rug because Noone respects your word? I hope not. In my world and ON MY PROPERTY I MAKE THE RULES not some dude out to kill a deer in 6 days. Tackle the nearest guy, and steal his wallet telling him if he thinks it's ok to tresspass on your property then it's ok for him to pay your property taxes too! A lot of these clubs simply don't care if they're driving private property, it's that simple. Catch them and make them pay.

Walked up on an old timer about 70 the other day on our property. He was standing directly under a No trespassing sign. When I asked him if he had noticed the sign above his head, he looked up at the sigh then back at me and said, You don’t have to worry about me, I don’t smoke…….I told him to have a nice hunt and walked away…….

Steck, that really sucks. The "once a year" group just don't care. You buy the land, pay the taxes and keep the land up and these disresprectful idiots ruin it. Try that crap in the South and see how it gets handled! The warden is the best route unless you know a troop that is willing to help. They are trespassing with loaded firearms. They probably have unregistered guns, considering they don't care about the law anyway. The trail cam does work. They'll probably stop and SMILE!!!

My zone is a 3 pt rule, and these driving groups come in and drive all the state woods around shooting any deer with horns then walking up on them and if there not legal, they just leave them there. The state should close all driving in those zones with the 3 pt rule. Last week there was a goup of guys driving with muzzle loaders and a spike came running on our property with a shot through the neck. Im burning the first guy who crosses my line when they ALL COME OUT ON SATURDAY .... They all need to put out the money that all of us do to have a piece of property.

Got me a nice 7pt this morn around 7:01, so after me and two other guys i hunt with get deer taken care of we decide to hit the stands til dark or another deer . We get back out around 11:00 and sit until a truck comes by and drops some dude off and he starts walking right through our woods and then we hear the rest of the a@#holes yelling through the woods,all this starts around 3:45! WHO THE HELL STARTS ADRIVE AT 3:45!?we sat all afternoon just to have a bunch a part timers ruin it for us.

even tho i'm at work, two guys of the club hunt monday pulling up the to grounds 175 ac posted..rigth next to whiteoaks state woods rigth behind them comes the club p hollow lineing up to drive our grounds. told em it an't happening ok they move on. caugth some other guys there one guy tells about belly shooting a 14pt thanksgiving... we were in west va huntin then,can't be there 24- 7

after they hunt around 11am they pack it up on the wat out they find a guy clear cutting the proprty says he owns it, and is going to build, he hasn't found out yet but he got some big problems,poor guy

tuesday more guys hunting posted ground thinking hey its state land, worng,tuesday the club's back but they about face and drive the otherside st woods

and here i sit waiting to hunt on this privte 175ac when i get off work NEXT WEEK which i paid to hunt! it's gettin old hard to enjoy your self
