Bear up!!!

Well we got one. An ok bear, but any Pa bear is a trophy. Not mine, but I did see him. Was just a bad spot I couldn't get a shot. 157lbs Female. Shot on Monday Morning. We did have another really nice bear in oneof our drives, but he wove through 2 of the drivers. we think that one was 400lbs +. Also 2 coyotes where missed. Augh my guys are getting old! LOL
All in all another great time out and man am I still tired!:D

Oh yeah thats for sure. I just got done smelling like sweat and swamp for the past 3 days.
We where really hoping for a multiple season or a multiple drive, but not this year. Every year I think to myself as I'm driving swamps in NE Pa " Ya know I could be in NC Pa and driving fairly open woods for bear in stead I'm crawling through laurel thicker than thick, walking through freezing water, the stinky swamp mud, every now and then the damn hawthorns, Berry bushes so thick i could be standing in them and still be standing even though I'm not trying. They're so thick it'll hold ya up! And once we get a bear it does seem worth it.
