I have been given access to hunt private land by the owner. The owner requires me to get a liability release form so if I get injured on his property he will not be held liable... Does anybody have or know where I can get a generic like copy so I could give to the owner of the land...I have checked the fish and game website and cant find one unless I am overlooking it! Thanks Guys:thup:

i had one from f+g before. let me see if i can find a copy.
the landowner liability release is for single owners. i hunt a property that is not just a single owner, doesn't apply.

Check with the NJ Federation of Sportsmens Clubs. They used to provide members with one million dollars of excess liability insurance. If that doesn't work I'm sure they can find what your'e looking for (page 65 of Hunting Digest). The card from the Division of F&W is available on page 83 and provides the language you are looking for.

I've seen the consent form in F&G Also, but also I believe you can do it through North American Hunter and Buck Masters

Try Buck Masters the Federation insurance is not the true insurance you need I believe. QDM I herd has insurance as well I herd. Buck Masters is what my club has used for years.

I guess you find out how good it is when you would need it. thank God we never have.

i can't find that dam paper.
but nj has a landowner liability release. this is for anyone legally hunting or fishing on your property.
i'll keep looking.
since it didn't apply to my property, i may of tossed it.

Fish and Wildlife digest has something on pages 83 and 84. It may work for you.
