use to hunt 5 beagles and down to one which has been retired for two seasons. always had some for the past 30 years. times do change . had some great times. bb

I have 2 . Their are not alot of places left to go. I get out a couple times a year.

We have several dogs here in Delaware. I have 8 at the house and my partner has 10. We only hunt 4 or 5 at a time. Some are old dogs that are retired but have earned a place for life. We go most every day when the season starts, liberal vacations. Can't get enough of that music at night in the summer with a 1/2 pint! Real good times.

I have three. Had my best hunter put down a few years ago because of kidney failure. He was the best jump dog I ever seen. He would find um and the others would run the crap out of um. Can't wait till the season opens.

I know what you mean. I lost the best jump dog I ever had due to old age. You just don't come across the great ones everyday, but I'm still looking. Also he could not sire pups to save his life(no pun intended) Guess GOD couldn't improve on perfection.

i got 2 of my own but between the 5 of us that hunt we have over 30 dogs hunt 5 to 6 at a time hunt bridgeton areas

i dont have any personaly, but my step brother has 3 which i use at any time.Just got back from hare hunting with my 2 kids + step brother, killed 6 went out @12. Love going out with the kids we have so much fun, they have been off for the holidays + we have been going every chance we get. I have 2 spots we hunt that are private + loaded with rabbits, we have taken approx 90 this year with the dogs. It is somuch fun with the kids :thup:

i got 2 running dogs and ufortunately i think they will be my last.......loss of hunting land and a****** out there who like to cut people off have made me lose my desire i use to and still do love running dogs nothing like the sound of a hound .........some great state land if u can put up with large crowds and few runs
