My Mountain Zebra

[Hunt of a Lifetime]

We visited Agarob Safaris in Namibia for 3 days on our recent trip to Africa.
I managed to get to hunt Mountain Zebra on Horseback .
That was just an incredible hunt. We rode about 5 miles and finally got this outcast mare.
The young man pictured with me got his Zebra earlier ( a Hunt of a Lifetime youth) ( he was at our banquet) so I had 1 day to hunt for myself. We went over to suprise him and his mom for his 12th birthday . That also was pretty cool. This just capped off a perfect trip to Africa
and my Zebra slam ! I will write a report on Motsomi Safaris soon , that one is quite long as I was on a shooting spree. LOL And the wife became a huntress taking an Impala with a xbow.

Thanks , I used the PH's 300wsm . shot once off the sticks and once freehand ( much to the shock of the tracker) 1st shot killed her , 2nd put her down.
the 2 shots were 2" apart and tight to the shoulder. The look on the trackers face was priceless, I must have been the first hunter to move up and reload and shoot freehand he had ever seen.

Probably like Zebra piss. Where as the Springbok is a classy drink for the big game hunter. LOL!

I'll have you know, Pieter buys it special for Ria's dad. It is the best brandy I've ever had! It goes great with a nice Davidoff! That's ok, I have another friend that is going this coming April. He won't forget about his friend. Drink Up!
