Either right before, or as soon as possible after. Always better then during a storm. If its just light rain or light snow, hunt during.

Go afterwards IMO. I love to stalk in the snow with a rifle. Even during a snow fall. They have a harder time seeing and hearing. If you just pull the sneaky sneak sometimes you can get pretty close.

If you get snow I'm very jealous.

You won't know untill ya sit it. And you won't get a shot at a deer if your not out in the stand.

Did you go out this evening?

Hey Buckmaster821-

Please do me a favor. It would be greatly appreciated if next time you go out and you've got some snow take some pics. Anybody who also reads this. How about a lil snow-day-dream pics for the guys who live a lil farther South and only got this crumy rain. Thanks

Tried hunting in the snow on Thursday in WMA 2G in McKean County. All i got was a good soaking. The snow was wet and clinging to the trees causing all the limbs to sink. Couldn't see more than 15 yds. Lost power at camp and left Friday morning. Had about 6 inces on the ground. Too early for that nonsense!!!!
