Anyone running there dogs at winslow

I want to get my pup out and just run the fields but I dont want him or I to be covered in chiggers. I can spray but what do you guys do for your dogs.

I use Frontline Plus on my Labs. I train at Collier Mills quite often which is loaded with chiggers and ticks. Chiggers usually died off after a good cold frost. I spray permone on my boots and pants, especially between April and October. No problem with either.

I just ran my beagle puppy at Winslow WMA today. I use Front line on him and no bites of any kind. I have been running him at the Medford WMA about 2 or 3 times a week for 6 weeks and never had a problem.
What kind of dog do you have?

I have a gsp just want to get him in the fields but I have been getting chiggers on me while out bow hunting.

Chiggers are mostly a south jersey problem,I use Bio-Spot and have had no problems.:thup:
