iam gonna be shooting across bean fields. 20" high at 20yrds, about 30" high at 30 yrds. then she flattens out a bit before dropping into that bullseye at 80

Why not set up a ground blind or even a stand closer to the area they come out into the field. The farther you shoot leaves more room for error. The farther an arrow/bolt flys the more kinetic energy you loose. Making it less effective of a harvesting tool. I'm not reffering to crossbows, just all archery gear in general when attempting far shots.

Yeah I see a lot of deer around your town. What kind of xbow did you get?

parker. theres tons of deer around here now, actually see them roaming right in down town sometimes. there was an 8 walking around in the "older" cemetary . if you know what iam talking about
