Been hunting it for a while now. It's best to scout it out now and find the spots you like. As long as you are 450' from a house, you are good. The owners of the houses don't always agree and you will have a nice discussion about that:D. I've poled away from a cop or two. I suggested they needed a boat:rolleyes:. Early season hunting can be a pain in the ass as everyone and their brother is out. Lots of late shooting:huh:. I find better gunning after deer season starts as that weeds out the riff raft. Finding a spot to put in is getting to be a problem. The new county park won't help as lots of bird watchers are there. Watch the tides as they are strong. Plenty of rode in your weight cord will help. The tide really rises and falls. As to spots...well....find your own:D:D.

Don't forget the Jet Skiers. and the occasional water skier and bass fisherman. The County's trying to buy up the whole creek. So don't forget to constantly check your shooting lanes, Bird watchers on the other bank checking out your "pretty ducks" can really get annoying. Especially when their kids start throwing sticks at them to make them fly. I sure hope the wardens show up this year and nip that after sunset shooting in the bud.
