I have a 22-.250 that I need to reload. I'm heading out to New Mexico in August for an antelope hunt. The outfitter thinks we'll shoot an antelope the first day. He has access to some nearby prairie dog towns and there are plenty of coyote around too. I want to bring along my varmit rifle but I can't get the right primers to reload it. My question is: Does anyone know of a good load with Federal 210 primers. I normally use H380 with a 50 grain Nosler Balistic tip and WLR primers. The WLR primers are impossible to find right now. I use 38 grains of powder with the WLR primers. I thought I would substitute the Federal 210 primers but I don't know if that would be safe to do. I have 3 reloading books and all 3 have recipes using WLR primers. Anyone with any experience using the Federal 210 primers with a 22-.250? Advice appreciated.

What kind of primers do you need - I may be able to help you out.

I'm looking for Winchester WLR primers. I have plenty of federal 210 primers but I don't know how substituting the primers would affect pressures.
