Do hand and toe warmers jeopardize sent control while deer hunting?

Nah I wouldn't say so. I don't think I've ever been busted BECAUSE of a hand warmer. Maybe those zippo ones that take the fuel? Only time I ever had a hand warmer screw up a hunt was when I dropped it. I was trying to put it my pocket while a really really nice buck was walking in. Yeah he looked right up at me and booked. That would of been one if not the biggest buck I've harvested..

i don't think the chemical reaction gives off a odor.
i have shot deer from a box blind at 15 yards with a propane heater going. i would think that would give off more smell then the little packets.
those little sticks you light and put into a fiberglass wallet may give off odor. not many use them anymore.
