Well he we are on the 2nd day of week "C" and a friend of mine and myself doubled up on these 2 toms as they came running into our decoy set up. LOL :thup:I thought my friend John was going to have a heart attack as those birds got to 20 yrds. It was his first turkey ever and just before he shot I could here his heart beating from 3 feet away.:D What a morning, beautiful weather and lots of gobbling. I'll put 2 picks up for you guys to see. We were done and collecting birds by 6:15AM this morning. My decoys are top secret but as you will see in the pictures they are cool!!!! Road crew, I hope your ready for your next weekend. I think I know where there are a couple of gobblers left, but only 4 or 5.

Nice Job!! Did you have to call much or did they come right in. I had 2 gobbling today but could not get them any closer than 40yds, maybe its time to break out the decoys

They're stuffers. Basicly a mounted turkey. Almost as good as the real thing.

Finally got a minute to write back, had to call the birds from the other end of the field I was hunting, about 150-200 yards away. Didn't have to call alot as they were looking to assemble first thing in the morning already. And yes they are, "stuffed", as you say and better than real birds cause you don't have to feed them.:D I use the wings and tails from prior kills and an old foam decoy to make them. When they get too beat up just pull off the old wings or tail and add new. I got 1 permit left for this week so I'll shoot some pictures if another bird commits suiside in front of me Friday. And yes I'll have the decoys out!!!!!!

Can't see well enough to see your dekes in the pictures but are they Haycreek stuffers? If so they aren't actually top secret if they are but some of us can't afford them:D

They are some bad to the feather deks though and looked at them many times with, sould I or shouldn't I step up and get one?

I guess in all reality anything that can work is really worth it to fool them.:)
