Well I had 1 permit for A week and 2 permits for B week and I only have 1 permit left. I have been truely blessed this season so far. Last Friday was a 21.5lb bird with 9" beard and 7/8" spurs and this morning was an 18lb bird with a 10" beard and 1" spurs. I'll try to attach pics in the posting for you guys. The weather is starting to give us a break, so get out there.

Well it looks like the Good Lord has truly blessed me. I closed out "B" week and tagged out my last tag this morning. A real nice bird at 22lbs with a double beard 10" & 9" and 1 1/8 & 1 1/4 spurs. The birds flew off the roost and almost sat in my lap. I had 10 hens all around me clucking their heads off. I never even hit my call, I just sat and watched in amazement as the hens finally started to walk towards the field. Of course you know what follows a group of hens? 5 minutes later I have 3 big toms in front of me and I shot the biggest 1 at almost 10 yards. I know, I should be careful taking such a long shot. :D:D:D:D I'll attach a pic or 2 for you guys. P.S. got 2 more permits for next week.
