Plastic double or Slate and always bring some fine sandpaper to keep it sounding the way I want

i have a power crystal and the land owner says he hears it and im about a half mile from his house make sure you have a carbon striker in the rain

my favorite call is my power crystal, it is very versatle, especialy with different strykers

I love my Lynch 101 box call. I've had it for 20 years. I like the diaphragm for convenience but if i have to play dirty the box call comes out.

i mostly use a slate and diaphram. i like the smooth sound of the slate and the convenience of the diaphram.

I use MAD's Heavy Metal a lot. It's crystal (instead of slate) and a carbon striker. It reallyyyy gets those MHZ out their. Also I use diaphram a lot mainly triple reeds with a V-cut. Several compainies make these.
