View Full Version : Butchers?
Can anyone recommend any good deer butchers in S.jersey area? I have used bringhurst but they are a little costly. I have tried a meat shop on chews landing rd in Glo.twp-he is resonable cost, but cuts steak to small-I have tried myself but make a mess.I am looking for someone that make good sausage also-Thanks for any tips-Hobo

Mike is just off of rte 77 by "the store". I guess that is Upper Pittsgrove?
My father in law is a butcher so I do my own and he takes my trim for ground:D

Clover meats in Burlington ,right next to the hospital in willingboro. they are resonable. 609 387 9293 ....He only will make breakfast patties . He will cut it any way you want . I take my ground to Serra's sausage in Vineland and have them make my sausage. They are on Park ave right behind the forman mills on delsea. Serra's is some awsome sausage.

i'll second that! the best sausage in south jersey.
but you can only take boned meat to them, not whole deer.

Lou's place in Monroeville is definitely a good place. I take all of my deer there and he always does a nice job. Good sausage too!

Jack sharp worked for bringhurst I think. He butchers from his house right down the street from bringhurst.

Lou's Place in Monroeville and A&M Meats in Mullica Hill have both been good to me.

Been using Lou's Place for a decade, sausage is awesome, everything heavy duty vaccumed packed, lots of options on the cuts. His number is (856)358-2802

Been cutting my deer up for 15 years. By far the best deer Italian sausage you can buy. Everything vaccumed packed and very very clean. 65.00 for regular cut.

I'll second Lou, just got a doe back friday, well packed and cleanly done.
Price went up a bit $70 this year for the standard cut.
