center fire rifles in PA

I have been looking on line for a map that shows where you can and cant use center fire rifles (i own a 270) and cant seem to find one.... can anyone help me ... is it in the PA hunting digest? online link anything would be helpfule please.... thanks

Special Regulations Areas include: In western Pennsylvania, all of Allegheny County. In southeastern
