Got my 3B Tag

3B doe tag came in the mail on Saturday.

I checked with my bank and the check that I sent my 2G tags to cleared so I guess i got them. I also sent for 3B and I know I got them. Look on the PGC website at doe tags http://www.pgc.state.pa.us/pgc/cwp/browse.asp?a=517&bc=0&c=70122

Theirs still tags left for 3B. Already for my 5C tags, went to the court house bright and early the day they went over the counter!

Do you know if/when they are going to have a last chance draw for 3B? I overlooked the application again this year..would like to get it for bowseason, do my part to help the ratio.

You might be able to still send in for a 2nd unsold. Try it ya never know. Worst thing that happens is they send your envlope back and your out some stamps.

Yeah 2B is Pittsburgh area. I went to college their for 4 yrs and trust me their will be tags till gun season and beyond that.

Just got my 2G tags in today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They went to Clinton Co. Their in the very very very early 11,000's. I'll tell ya though still dosen't beat the doe tag I had for 2A 2 years ago. I had antlerless tag number 69 !!!!!!! Being a young guy in college, in a Fraternity and being in a big hunting crew there man did that tag get a riot with everybody.

Finally got my 3b yesterday. Hopefully I'll get to fill it in the early ML season.

When you send in for your doe tag they take the amount marked on the envelop untill they reach the quota they have. Then they make sure the check clears. The PGC is not incontrol of this. It is the County Treasurer. What the PGC does though is they have a dead line that all the county treasurers MUST abide by. They must have the antlerless tag sent out in the mail no later than September 15th. That is why many of us are now getting our antlerless tags now.

I think they really need to develop a better envelop. My 3B tags practically fell out when I openned the mail box.

Hopefully one day they will adopt the practice of doing it electronically.
