PA License Gripe

Went to get license at sport shop. Last year got general, furtaker, and waterfowl. Thats what I wanted this year.:)

Sorry, they said, only have general license this year. You have to get the other stuff on-line or through the mail.:(

I tried the PGC on-line system and got so frustrated I had to just print out the forms, and send snail mail.:mad:

Am still waiting. Can't hunt geese until that stupid PA waterfowl licence arrives even though I got the federal stamp at the post office. :eek:

There has to be a better way....:please:

i never had a problem with the online systems, pa or jersey.
maybe you just got lucky.:D

GEZZZ!!! Where did you go that they where all out of everything, but general tags??? Try Nockamixen Sports Shop or Hunters Spoting Goods. As long as you have your back tag you can always get the rest of the licenses anywhere. Try not to blame the Sports Shops though. They don't order numbers. They tell the PGC what they want and the PGC sends them some, but it's the PGC that sends them however many they do. Yeah I know its a pritty wierd system. If I where you I'd go to Hunter's Sporting Goods those guys really know their stuff and they'll take care of you anyway they can.

It must have been where you got your lisense at. Because i got all my endorsments with no problems. I know they where suposed to go to electronic lisense this year like they did the fishing lisense but they said there was to many complications with it so they are gonna try to do it next year. I would just go to another place and get your endorsments you dont have to go through the mail to get them.

I have never had a problem with the Pa Game Commission site in ordering
licenses.
I just placed my order for my hunting license on Weds and received it today
