selling fur

can anyone tell me where to sell my furs in the south jersey area? i have some coons in the freezer and am planning on catching a few rats too. should i skin them out or sell in the round? also, what prices should i expect? thanks- nd

T. Zander and son in W. Deptford buys them. When I used to trap we skinned, fleshed and dried everything. I don't know how he's taking them now. The prices change with the market and they are graded by size and quality. He's a good guy and he will help you out.

i sell to zander also. i work 200 yards from him.
they don't always take round, call first. and you can expect half rate for round.
coon sales are up and down. i've seen $8-$15 for put up fur.
it also depends on finished length. they are sold by inches.
