Teamed up with FOWLHOOKED and Uncle Sleepy Head for a good day. When we arrived at the ramp it was a balmy -4º

Things started a little frustrating with the decoys getting fouled up due to the ice flow. we changed location and as the day progressed we put a beating on them. Hopefully have some photos to follow.

Final tally:2 drake old squaw, 4 bluebills, 2 drake buffies, and 9 lovely brant and one dirty mergie. Should have had a couple more bluebills

Nice job fellas!! It sure was tough in the am, that ice wouldn't stop moving with the decs!!! :eek: But, just as you said, once you found open water, that stayed open, you found the ducks!! :cool:
